It is located in peaceful place that is a famous botanic garden which belongs to Hokkaido University and one of major sightseeing spots, is just cross the road and best place to take a break. Shopping district is also within walking distance. It is good choice for both business and leisure travelers due to its lively area and convenient location. (10/10 YT)

The lobby is medium in size and older in style as it was built in 1982. But it has partly refurbished and stylish coffee lounge attached to the lobby.
exterior
The hotel is a modern concrete white building with shopping arcade. It is 23-storey and quite noticeable with signboard of the hotel name in English. This hotel is one of the large hotels in Sapporo.
restaurant
The hotel features a number of restaurants and bars with the wide selections from International to Traditional Japanese dishes. The Glass Seasons Buffet & Party Court, located on the ground floor, offers buffet-style freshly-cooked dishes for daily breakfast and lunch, and turns into a party space at night with comfortable private rooms. The sky restaurant on the 22nd floor is also recommended, which offers breathtaking views of Sapporo and it serves authentic French cuisine featuring safe, fresh local ingredients.

The standard guestrooms are medium in size and all located on the 5th-12th floors. They are comfortably decorated with variety of amenities and are well equipped with facilities such as a hair dryer, a refrigerator, an air-purifier, a LCD television, Satellite broadcasting and pay-per-view video programs and complimentary high speed internet access etc. The bathrooms are small in size but clean and kept in good conditions.
location
The hotel is situated in convenient commercial district of Sapporo. It takes only about 5 minutes walk from JR Sapporo Station. From New Chitose Airport, it takes 35 minutes to Sapporo Station by JR Airport Liner or 70 minutes by Airport limousine bus stop at the hotel. It is also easy access to entertainment and business district "Susukino" from the nearest subway station.
