generalThis is a truly uniquely designed hotel, the guests will get the feeling that they are transported into a different time and place. However, the balance between Byzantine lore and modern facilities is perfect, as the hotel offers every possible amenity in it's category. Especially recommended for the ladies, who are traditionally not admitted in the monasteries of Mt Athos : This is the closest you can get to the real thing !! Definitely a must for the discerning travellers in Halkidiki (12/08 EP)
lobbyThe lobby is large.There is a host of sporting and leisure activities available, such as tennis, watersports and other local services. The hotel staff will assist you in booking and provide local information.
exteriorThe hotel has a unique architectural style : It is built to resemble the medieval Byzantine monasteries or Mt Athos. The design features, arched gates, enclosed balconies as well as the materials used, local stone and wood, combine to create a truly original and beautiful setting.
restaurantThe hotel has 2 main restaurants, with international and greek menus, 2 bars, one beach bar and 2 pool bars, so guests have a wide choice of culinary options for all moods.
roomsThe rooms are medium sized and furnished in a traditional folklore style, with nice wooden furnishings, embroidered curtains and loom-style patterned carpets. Each room is fully air conditioned, and with all modern amenities such as tv and fridge.
