general
Wellness is happiness which reaches everyone in their own way through an inner journey where the body and mind are always involved. Bagno Vignoni and its thermal bath has been a place to come to since ancient times to rejuvenate oneself. The unspoiled nature that surrounds this village and the natural thermal springs are the context in which I was born and I thought up the Wellness Centre; to offer to each person staying here a place where one can begin or complete their path in the search for well-being through simple pleasures which for thousands of years have cheered the body and mind.
lobby
The Wine Bar La Terrazza overlooks the thermal water basin in the center of Bagno Vignoni and is the meeting point for all good drink lovers, a special corner where one can sip precious, perfumed glasses of excellent wine carefully chosen by our sommelier. The wine list of the Wine Bar La Terrazza has a wide range of bottles chosen from an accurate selection of the most famous wine producers of Val d?Orcia, Brunello di Montalcino, Nobile di Montepulciano and a selection of the most well known Italian wine producers. Sitting at the tables of Wine Bar La Terrazza, guests can have a delicious snack choosing from local cold cuts and cheeses, salads enriched with seeds and pulses, salads of the tuscan tradition like ?panzanella? or emmer wheat salads, fresh water fish salads, anchovies with Italian green sauce , ?ribollita soup?, chickpea soup and yellow pumpkin cream.
exterior
Bagno Vignoni is a thermal village located in the Val d'Orcia Artistic, Natural and Cultural Park added to the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites because of the excellent preservation of the landscape which inspired so many Renaissance artists. The village, known since the Roman age for its thermal water curative virtues, has developed in the Middle Ages with the Tintinnano family domination first, then with the Salimbeni Family domination and finally it has been taken under the protectorate of the city of Siena.
restaurant
Since 1977, when my grandmother Silvia opened the Restaurant La Terrazza, first my mother Manola and then I was passed down the love for flavour and simple, natural tastes from the past. Today, together with our chef Manuele Graziani, we have enriched our menu with a combination of tradition, research and topicality. We always pay particular attention to the healthiness of our food and prefer the method of cooking short- chain food of an organic origin. In the Wine bar one can enjoy our fine selection of Tuscan and other Italian wines through private tastings which we conduct in our evocative wine cellar in the well. Throughout the day until late at night one can enjoy local cheeses and salumi delicacies offered by our region.
