generalVariety of temple tours, cultural walks and lectures are available as part of the guest experience. It also includes excursions to Ta Prohm to catch the first rays of dawn, to the beautifully carved Banteay Srei (the temple of women) and to Bayon. The resort has a team of masseuses skilled at providing the best of traditional massage treatments. These treatments are offered in the privacy of the suites, by the poolside or on the roof terrace.

lobbyLobby is medium size furnished with traditional Khmer style decoration in an open air. It is constructed mainly with concrete and a lot of use of dark wooden material to enhance the elegance of its culture.
exteriorThe enclave was once the guest villa of the King Norodom Sihanouk. It was been transformed into a 24-suite retreat that provides an ideal base for exploring the temples of Angkor. Amansara has the inviting ambience of a gracious home and is set in a private garden compound with mature, shade trees.
restaurantThe Dining Room built in 1960, near the swimming pool is a focal point of the resort and is unique in design. It is circular in shape with a soaring seven-metre ceiling and an informal ambiance for dining or all day lounging. The menu offers both traditional Asian and western cuisines and features the freshest seasonal produce.
roomsThe room used to be guest's suite for King Norodom Sihanoukin in 1960, the well known guest were Jackie Kennedy and Charles de Gaulle. The villa still keep the same as 1960 but renovated with Aman touch. Interiors of all 24 Amansara suites share an open plan design with a terrazzo-and-timber finish. The bedroom embraces an enhanced living area with a large writing desk and a king-size bed. Each bath area has a separate shower and a tub for soothing soaks after a long day out enjoying temple tours, cultural strolls, lectures or cycling. Suites are air-conditioned and come with ceiling fans and a CD player. A few steps down from the lounge area, a floor to ceiling window glass wall separates the bathroom from where it opens onto a courtyard , which features a water garden. Courtyards of the pool suites are equipped with private pools measuring six by five metres.
