The hotel was recently opened - renovated to a very good standard - the whole resort is very good, with several beach bars and restaurants and professional and friendly service. In general this Hotel and the resort is highly recommended as there are also several ways of entertainment for the whole family. With the opening of the new Spa centre and the indoor and outdoor pool in the resort, unique in Croatia - this is a perfect hotel for families and travellers exploring the wide range of the Croation coast. 0507TC
lobby
The Lobby is medium in size and very bright. The walls are white and the floor is made of marble tiles - there is a seating area opposite the reception desk and on the right side of the entrance is the walkway to the main restaurant and breakfast area.

restaurant
The Restaurant is very big and typical for resort restaurants of this type. The food is Mediterranean and international and highly recommended. There are also several beach bars and snack restaurant at the beach.
rooms
As this hotel was opened after a long time of complete renovation on the 1st july 2002 - the rooms are of a high standard. They are basic and functional with red or blue carpets and beige pine furniture. The beds are very good. The baths are medium in size but clean and functional - the aircondition works very well.
location
The Hotel Jakov is located in a quiet pine-wood area within the Solaris - resort complex directly on the waterfront. The Solaris complex is just outside Sibenik, the oldest croatian town.
