The lobby has a nautical feel, with a prominent fireplace in the lobby living room and a working astronomer's clock above the mantel. The front desk resembles a steamer trunk and there are wooden plank floors reminiscent of a luxury ship's deck and cruise ship-style chaise lounges lined up along one side of the living room.
