The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Gangnam business district in South Seoul, and 5 minutes walk from the Gangnam subway station, easy access to Convention and Exhibition Center and City Air Terminal.

The guest rooms are generally large in size and comfortable with simple and functional interior with polished hard wood floor and designed kitchen facilities, and are in good condition. The bathrooms are also in good condition but there is shower only.
