The hotel is located in the center of the Gangnam business district, around 450meters from Shinonhyeon station (Line 9, exit 3), and the Gangnam Station (line 2) and Nonhyeon Station (line 7) are also within walking distance.

The guest rooms are simply decorated in modern style, and are equipped with the Cable TV, Refrigerator, Tea-pot, Hair dryer, and High-speed Internet. The standard single rooms are small in size with the shower facilities instead of bathtub, but twin room and triple rooms are equipped with bathtub and overhead shower. All the rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.
