There is a little corridor seperating the reception area and the cafeteria, where wood decor predominates.

It forms part of the monumental treasure of "Santillana Del Mar", a city which itself is classified as a national monument. It is an ancient family house with climbing plants that cover the facade and a lintel door and four balconies.

International and traditional cuisine can be enjoyed. There are typical cheeses, puddings and stews that can be accompanied by wines from the region.
