locationThis charming resort is located 4,5 km from the city centre of San Gimignano on the way to Certaldo in a panoramic position overlooking San Gimignano towers. The property is surrounded by a wide green area with secular plants, olive trees and a fantastic Italian garden.
roomsRooms are medium in size and furnished in a very pleasant and fine style. They are decorated in pastel colour with 'cotto' flooring and pleasant decors. Beds are iron made.
pleasenoteFrom 14th to 17th of November, wellness centre will be closed for maintenance works.

lobbyThe lobby is medium in size and furnished in an original and colourful style that combines Tuscan tradition and modern design. Comfortable modern easy-chairs and sofas and fluorescent wall lamp characterise the seating area. The warm colours give a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
exteriorThe property is composed by two main buildings. The Villa and the new Borgo. The Villa is a traditional Tuscan house and the Borgo is a recent construction very well adjusted in the original setting. Between the two building is located the panoramic swimming pool with a pleasant snack-bar area.
restaurantThe Lampolla restaurant respects the elegant style of the hotel. This large area, completed by a panoramic dehors enjoyable during the summer season, combines design and tradition. Restaurant is closed on Monday. Light snacks are always available at Loliva bar.
