An excellent restaurant with evening dining (from May to September) around the swimming pool. Each dish is prepared in great detail using only the finest and freshest ingredients found in the Tuscan region, including the Extra vergine olive oil produced in this area, the fresh vegetables grown on the surrounding Tuscan farms, the fresh fish coming from the Mediterranean Sea.
