This hotel is located adjacent to the marshes of the Natural park of Santona with most of the rooms overlooking the marshes which are specially attractive during fall and spring-migration time. Santander is just 35 kilometres away and the beautiful Berria beach is a short distance away from the hotel.

The hotel provides 27 comfortably equipped and nicely decorated rooms all with en suite bathroom and many more services and facilities than you would expect from this category hotel.
restaurant
The hotel doesn't have restaurant but provides a complete cold buffet breakfast in a room next to the reception and lounge overlooking the marshes.
exterior
The hotel is found in a purposed built hotel being part of a residential block of apartments. It is modern and easily accessible.
lobby
The lobby is quite cosy and welcoming to the left hand side there is a sitting area-lounge with settees and tea table with newspapers and books for clients use.
general
This is a very intimate hotel due to its location, size and attention to the client who will have first hand advice about routes and what to do nearby.07/06MP
