This is amongst the best and unique properties available in the whole Marche Region, offering fantastic views over the area, great service with peace and tranquility. Situated slightly outside the village of Acquaviva Picena. Free transfers four times a day only in August, during the other months shuttle service in chargeable on the spot. Hotel's private beach resort in San Benedetto Del Tronto can be used and service is charged on the spot. WiFi available to be paid at hotel. RO 06/10

The hotel is a modern structure within extensive grounds with its own olive grove and vineyard, 2 large swimming pools, tennis court and bocce. There is a large terrace with views over the surrounding area.

The main restaurant is large with full length windows and offers local and international cuisine prepared by one of the finest chefs in the region.Awarded a commendation by the Touring Club of Italy. A small private dining room is available for hire. Meals are available during the day by the pool.

The rooms are spacious, modern and furnished to a good standard. Each has a balcony with views that last forever.
