The Scandic is a very good product which offers all the facilities one would expect of a modern first class hotel.
lobby
The lobby area is small and also encorporates a small lounge bar where drinks are served from the reception. Adjoining this area is the atrium, a winter garden set in the heart of the hotel under a glass roof giving the hotel a feeling of spaciousness.
exterior
It is a modern hotel complex with extensive use of glass and steel.
restaurant
Meals are taken at the atrium restaurant.
rooms
The rooms are large and in very good condition. The decor used throughout the hotel has a very modern feel to it and all rooms are furnished to a high level of comfort. The colour scheme is blue/grey with refreshing, mainly yellow bedcovers and curtains. Bathrooms are white and in exceptional condition.
location
The Scandic hotel Rovaniemi is situated in the centre of Rovaniemi, close to the shopping area and also to the river.
