Situation just 20 minutes from Chester city centre, the hotel is situated in the town square of Ruthin. Ruthin is a beautiful country village and provides a historic location close to Ruthin Castle. Dating back to the 13th century and the hotel oozes character and charm.

Beautifully located for leisure travellers looking to visit North Wales. Groups will like the relaxed environment and the easy access it provides to larger cities such as Chester. (11/06 KB)

The lobby is small in size and of a traditional style.

The building is of a red brick design and was built in the 1300's. The hotel overlooks the village and is located on the main square. Coach drop off and parking available at the front of hotel.
restaurant
The restaurant is adjacent to the reception and offered a capacity for up to 50 guests. Traditional in style, the restaurant offers an A La Carte menu created from the finest local produce.
rooms
All of the 18 rooms vary in size, but are generally of a medium - large size. All are traditional in design some with floral furnishings, others with grander gold and royal blue decor. Due to the age of the building the rooms offer distinct character with many original features.
