Approximately 10 kms from the centre of Rotorua city, and within 5kms from the airport. The hotel is on the shore of Lake Rotoiti on State highway 33.

The rooms are all very beautifully decorated in high quality furnishings. they are spacious , light and airy. The Bathrooms all have separate bathtub and shower units. Garden View rooms have French doors leading out to a small patio area.
restaurant
The Grill restaurant serves contemporary local and pacific cuisine and serves both breakfast and evening meals. There is also an all day menu on request.
exterior
A modern low rise building built in a colonial style. Predominantly in cream painted wood the property blends in well with the stunning countryside around it.
lobby
A small lobby area, tastefully decorated. There is a large feature ornate carpet, with a centre piece floral display.

This is a fantastic hotel in beautiful surroundings. A place of tranquility away from the City centre. Excellent decoration, relaxing surroundings and high quality service. SE1008
