Located in the very heart of Rome - near the splendid Piazza del Popolo and next to the most elegant shopping area.This hotel opened its art deco doors in 1925 as a five star. After the second world war, the Locarno re-opened, currently maintaining a 4 star status and was voted the best hotel in the category by Hip Hotels.

The sixty six rooms and suites are all with private bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, Satellite, electronic safe and mini bar. All the rooms have Art Deco style with original furniture of this period.
