This hotel is located about 15mins walk from downtown Reykjavik in a largely residential area.

The rooms are all very large and in good condition. They all have huge windows so are light and airy. the furniture is simple and functional.
restaurant
The hotel does not have a restaurant. Breakfast is served in a simple dingin hall.
exterior
The building is an appartment block and serves as student accomodation all year except during the summer when it opens as a hotel.
lobby
The lobby is small and makeshift.
general
This hotel is only open during the summer months as it is a student hall of residence for the rest of the year. It provides simple, practical and surpringly spacious accomodation for guests on a budget. RY12/06
