The lobby is medium-sized and traditionally furnished. The seating area has an original fireplace.

The hotel is an old Venetian country villa, completely renovated and refurnished.

There is a cosy breakfast room on the ground floor with a view on the fields.

The economy rooms are in traditional style and equipped with modern facilities such as air-conditioning, minibar, tv, direct-dial phone. They vary in size and are kept in a very good condition along with the bathrooms.
location
The hotel, is located in Casale sul Sile, 15 kms from Treviso airport and 18 kms from Venice airport. There is a shuttle service from/ to both airports or to the closest train station, organised by the hotel on request. The area surrounding the hotel is a natural reserve full of local fauna and immersed in green fields and woods. The only noise is the singing of the birds. The area is famous also for its wine tasting tours. Cruises along the Sile River to Venice and the islands start from a pier nearby but only in Spring and Summer.
