Opened in 2002, this is an excellent 4* property, strategically located for business travellers and tourists, who desire maximum comfort and service and enjoy a quiet location. SR 10/10

The lobby is large and luminous, in light brown decor and wooden furniture. This area includes at the very entrance a long reception area and a spacious sitting area with bar.

The restaurant , located on the ground floor, is modern and spacious. It serves local and international cuisine in a soft and intimate atmosphere. The breakfast area is adjacent to the restaurant and offers an excellent hot buffet breakfast.

All rooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition. Modern and comfortable, they are equipped with all facilities including PC connect, TV, and safe. All bathrooms have jacuzzi bathtub or shower.

The hotel is located at 2km from Parma city centre, motorway exit, railway station and Fair ground. It is easy to reach via the major ring roads.
