Although the outside is still to be decorated, the inside is actually warm and pleasant. Large garage for clients too. 0908 SR

The lobby is medium in size, very bright and with neutral decor. Furniture is modern for the reception area and there is a comfortable sitting area on the right side.
exterior
The building is a modern 80's style still with building foundations and without decoration. It is a large structure and brand new inside.
restaurant
The restaurant is a famous spot in the area for its delicious cuisine that varies from local to international menus. It is spacious inside and with a veranda for the summer time.
rooms
Rooms are modern and medium in size, equipped with all comforts. Bathrooms are in good order thoughout.
location
The hotel is located at Sant'Ilario D'Enza, just 9km from Parma city centre and 12km from Reggio Emilia. There is easy access to the motorway.
