Situated alongside the A9 and with easy road access to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Stirling and Inverness.

The rooms are all standardised, medium-sized and modern. All rooms are in excellent condition with power showers and modem points fitted as standard. All have in-house movie and tea/ coffee-making facilities.

There is no formal hotel restaurant, but the Tom Cobleigh restaurant is adjacent and is part of the same complex. Continental breakfast is available in the breakfast bar.
