The hotel is located in a charming , secluded location near the centre of Palermo , directly overlooking the Mediterranean see and close to the famous beach of Mondello.

This is divided between an indoor section and the other half which leads out onto the terrace overlooking the harbour. From here, guests can walk through well-planned hotel grounds to the waterfront and the outdoor pool.

There is a long and fairly narrow carpeted corridor, which leads through to other areas of the hotel in 3 directions. The atmosphere is elegant and majestic.
