Excellent location in the very heart of Playa de las Americas, only 400 m from the nearest beach and at easy reach of a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. Paradero complex is formed by two floor bungalows surrounded by bright flowers and shrubs. Located at 200 m from the New Congress Centre, 400 from the new Siam Park, 200 m from the local bus station and 1,5 km only from the Golf Las Americas.

115 studios. All units have a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and 2 rings, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, full bathroom, safe to be rent , balcony or terrace. Cleaning 5 x week, change of towels 3 x week and change of bed linen 2 x week. There are units with private garden available. (Clients can ask for upon arrival against supplement to be paid directly).
