The hotel offers well designed function rooms and a ballroom for grand events. There is a swimming pool, childrens pool, a small library, massage, mini shopping arcade and business centre. A full range of watersports are available, with boating and fishing trips for guests who wish to explore the island. The hotel nestles serenely in the famed Batu Ferringhi Beach district. The city centre is easily accessible from the hotel which makes it an ideal get away for travellers. The main beach is 5 minutes' drive away. Taxis are easily available to and from the international airport and Georgetown.

The lobby is a short drive up from the main road. The lobby is open air and offers a view of the swimming pool around the corner and is surrounded by lush tropical greenery. Seating and waiting area are scattered with rattan furniture

Hairdryers and ironing boards are available. Rooms on the newly renovated floors also have dataport lines. Superior and deluxe rooms are availabe with either king or twin beds.
