The hotel is located in the outskirt of Perugia, 10 km from the city centre and 4 km from Perugia St Egidio airport. Perugia centre can be easily reached thanks to a small train that stops in the old train station inside the park of the property. The ride takes approximately 20 minutes and the train is available every 2 hours.
rooms
Rooms are medium in size and elegantly furnished. They are decorated in cream colour and equipped with parquet flooring. The decor are well-refined and elegant with a particular care for every detail. They are equipped with classic wooden furniture. Each room offers the beautiful panoramic view over the Umbrian country. Some rooms have also a private terrace.
restaurant
The elegant restaurant is composed by 2 halls : 1 hall for 110 people and the other is equipped with a panoramic veranda offering the typical Umbrian cuisine.
exterior
This is a very nice Relais of 15th century, surrounded by a huge park with a fantastic vegetation. This wide green area includes 2 tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, volley ball green court and five-a-side pitch.
lobby
The lobby is medium in size and furnished in an elegant and traditional style. It is decorated with warm colour. The seating area is a very large room equipped with comfortable sofas and easy chairs and wooden ceiling.
