The Hotel is located in the outskirts of Perugia, close to ring roads that lead to city centre.

Rooms are medium in size and modern in style, equipped to all standards of a first class property. Bathrooms are in good conditions too. Generally very clean and tidy.

Modern , spacious area, the restaurant is based on the ground floor on the left side from the reception/lobby area. It offer all types of cuisine from regional to international dishes.
exterior
Typical modern block building of the early 1980's. Parking space available in front of the Hotel.
lobby
The lobby is modern and very bright. There is a long rounded wooden reception desk and plenty of comfortable sofas. The whole ambiance is softened by plants arranged in different spots of this area. A bar area is also available.
