The resort is located on the famous Patong Beach albeit not on the beachfront. Patong Beach offers the best nightlife, range of restaurants, and shopping options in Phuket. The resort is close to all this, yet removed from it as it is surrounded by 15 acres of its own landscaped tropical gardens.

Lobby is medium-sized with a seating area and a nice grey marble floor. An extension of the lobby lounge is adjacent to the right-hand side with a refreshment bar and live music. This is airy and opens to the hotel's tropical garden.

There are 2 freeform swimming pools providing a unique venue in which to relax. The other facilities include a fully equipped fitness centre complete with saunas and massage, 2 floodlit tennis courts, a golf putting green as well as a children's play room.
