The breakfast room is located on the ground floor. Tables are decorated with white linen and flowers. The mauve coloured walls, violet velour sofa, rattan chairs and the designs of the flowers on the wall create a modern and natural atmosphere. The breakfast room can be used as meeting room during the day.

Rooms are medium in size, and in very good condition. The bathrooms are in marble, with antique tap fittings. Some of them have additional shower cabin and double wash basins.
location
Pleasantly situated on Boulvard Raspail, alongside a big pedestrian precinct, and just a few meters from the lively Raspail Montparnasse crossroads and the Jardin du Luxembourg. The nearest subway station is Vavin and Raspail. Montparnasse Station is in the same quarter. You can walk up to Saint Germain des Pres from Rue de Rennes. There are many famous cafes, restaurants and entertainment centres around.
