KEY COLLECTION: Go to residence located 4 Rue Etienne Marcel, metro Etienne Marcel, line 4. Exit the Metro station and turn right. Cross the road, number 4 is close to the corner of Rue Etienne Marcel and Boulevard de Sebastopol. Open the entrance door by dialing the code 12A56. You will find on your left a mailbox with an electronik lock. To open it, dial ON and the code 1256, and then turn the handle on the right to open it. Choose the envelope UNDER YOUR NAME. Lock back the safe. You may dial ON and the code 1256 in regards to close it. For any Assistance, please call us at 01 42 94 13 13. (24h/7 days a week). THE CHECK IN IS AT 4PM AND KEYS ARE DELIVERED AT THAT TIME ONLY. Luggage deposit : Check in is at 4 pm and check out at 11 am. To leave luggage before or after checking, go directly to the main office address where it will be stored. This service is only available during working hours (from 9 am till 6pm) and excepting week ends and bank holidays. Key return : Follow instructions where to leave the keys (always located in a frame placed nearby the entrance door). If not, please leave the keys on the living room table and bang the door. Any key missing set will be charged 150 euros each. Keys lost: (lost keys during your stay / keys forgotten in the apartment) Contact immediatly 00 33 1 42 94 13 13.
