This 3 star hotel is considered a very good superior tourist class property. It has many advantages such as comfort coupled with the fact that it is located in an attractive district for business and tourism which has good access to public transport. (1208IU)
lobby
The lobby is medium in size, open plan with the bar and the lounge. The whole decor is Parisian in style and the bar area is decorated with beige and red colours. Soft lighting helps to create a peaceful atmosphere. The lounge is decorated in warm colours, the many lights and large mirrors create a bright atmosphere. In all cases public areas are attractive and well furnished. Walls and ceilings are embellished with wooden mouldings.
exterior
This is a typical Parisian house, 5 storeys high. The facade is clean, built in a nice "Haussmann" style, with small iron balconies at each window and a small wrought iron and glass canopy above the entrance of the hotel.
restaurant
The breakfast room is on the ground floor. It is decorated in the same traditional style as the other public areas. There is a nice restaurant just next doors to the hotel where guests can enjoy good, simple French cuisine.
rooms
Rooms are small in size and in good condition. They are traditionally decorated with wooden furniture and colours that blend together. All renovated in 2007, air conditioned, with double glazed windows, direct dial telephone with internet access. Bathrooms are of a very good standard, all equipped with hair dryer. Non smoking rooms are on request.
location
The hotel is situated in the heart of the very lively 9th District of Paris, 3 minutes' walk from the famous "Folies Bergeres" Theatre. Clients can find a large choice of international restaurants, cinemas, bars and picturesque cafes close to the hotel. The nearest Metro station "Grands Boulevards" is only 2 stops from Opera and 3 stops from La Madeleine. It also leads directly to Republique Square.
