This is a 3 star hotel considered a very good superior tourist class property located in the 17th area very closed to Parc Monceau. There is good public transport with fast and easy access to central Paris. (0109ADB)

The lobby is medium sized and modern in style. It is open plan with a comfortable seating area and breakfast room. There are nice objects and art from foreign countries that the owner brought from his voyages or from his artist friends. The mixture of the different tastes makes this space welcoming and relaxing for all who stay in this hotel.

This is a traditional Parisian style 6-storey building.

The breakfast room is on the ground floor. The decor and the wrought-iron furniture remind you of a patio in Southern France, it is a pleasant space to enjoy breakfast. There is a large choice of restaurants nearby, for lunch and dinner.
rooms
The rooms are small to medium in size, and in good condition. The decor and furniture is simple and bright. Most bathrooms only have a shower. The beige and brown tone decor and furniture are simple. The wooden beams create a warm atmosphere. To go up to the 5th floor, the guests need to take spiral stairs from the 4th floor. The rooms (for 2-4 persons) in the courtyard (small but pleasant with trees and benches) are in a tropical style decor. There are quadruple rooms with 2 bedrooms, perfect for the family or to share with friends.
location
The hotel is located in northern Paris, 3 minutes walk from Metro station Villiers or Malesherbes. It is 4 metro stations to the Opera (line 3) and also to Champs Elysees (line 2). The Gare Du Nord station is only 15 minutes away by direct line on metro (line 2). This is a lively area with a pleasant pedestrian street, which is a charming open-air market called "Le Levis". Here, the visitors can discover Paris, past and present.
