An excellent 2 star hotel with friendly staff and an owner who takes a lot of pride in his property. Ideally located in a quiet part of Paris, close to the exhibition center, suitable for both leisure and business traveller.

A traditional, well-maintained, 4 storey building.
restaurant
The breakfast room is located on the first floor, next to the lobby.
rooms
Rooms are simply and basically furnished, but of good quality, having recently been refurbished with new bed bases and mattresses as well as fitted carpets, all bedrooms are very proper. The colour schemes vary but most are decorated in pastel colours. Bathrooms are small, but are neat and of a good standard.
location
The hotel is situated in the south of Paris, next to the Plateau de Versailles tube station (line 13), within walking distance of Porte de Versailles exhibition center.
