This property, which is a 4 stars, First Class category, offers a new concept in accommodation style as it offers the flexibility of an apartment-style accommodation combined with the service of a hotel (e.g breakfast served in the suites, shopping ordered and delivered in the suites, daily cleaning, ...). This concept represents great value for money especially in the larger size suites as up to 4 adults and 2 children can be accommodated. There will be a welcome pack on arrival (once per stay) including all essentials. The property offers limited underground parking at a supplement.

High quality and contemporary furnishing for in the small suites including a fully equipped kitchenette, a seating area with a flat-screen TV as well as a fully-equipped bathroom with either single or double sinks, wi-fi access included. The small suites, are approximately 35m2, have a double bed. There is plenty of storage space to allow great comfort for longer stays.

Cosy's Residence Cadet is located in the Opera area of Paris, in one of the most authentic quarter of the city. The Cadet Street has various shops and restaurants and is walking distance from the Folies Bergeres and the Grands Magasins, where you can find some of the most well-known shops. If you do not feel like walking, the nearest Metro is Cadet, which is a few steps away from the Residence. There is a velib station closeby if you choose to explore Paris by bike. While you are in the heart of Paris, you can also enjoy the quietness of this property as it is set back from the street and has a small japanese-style courtyard at the front.
