general
This is a 3 star hotel and considered a superior tourist class property. It is simple but clean and welcoming with good service. Students groups are on request. (Apr04/YT)
lobby
The lobby area is small, but open plan, with a seating area and bar. The decor is simple but modern and it is furnished in a contemporary fashion.
exterior
Built in 1991, this is a modern seven storey hotel.
restaurant
There is no restaurant in the hotel but clients can get good rates in two restaurants next to the hotel; "Le Parc" (french cuisine) and "Luccania" (Italian cuisine). There is a breakfast room on the ground floor decorated in the same contemporary style as the rest of the hotel.
rooms
The rooms are small and on average in a fair condition. The rooms are decorated in neutral colours and have small windows. They are equipped with basic facilities including TV, mini bar, and direct dial telephones.
location
The hotel is located a few minutes from the subway station Brochant (line 13) which is ten minutes from Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur by subway. The hotel is in a peaceful district also close to the Place Clichy and famous Moulin Rouge Theatre. The line one goes directly to Champs Elysees area.
