The resort is located on Thazin Road, an elevated high plain surrounded by Bagan's picturesque natural beauty of hill ranges, high plain and low lands.

Rooms are of two different types which are superior and deluxe. All rooms feature air-conditioning, mini-bar, TV and satellite, IDD telephone, round the clock electricity. Every room is constructed in Myanmar traditional arts, painting and crafts. Bathroom is in good size and clean.

Restaurant offers international cuisines plus European specialties, traditional Myanmar dishes and Chinese delicacy.

It is a low rise Myanmar traditional style private white concrete house nestled amongst different trees and florals.
