Anker Apartment is great budget alternative for travellers that do not plan to spend a lot of time in the room, but instead have plans to visit all the great sights of Oslo. There is public transport just outside of the hotel which makes most parts of Oslo easily accessible. 04/08MK

You also find the famous Vigeland Sculpture park a 15 minutes walk away. Anker Apartment is situated approximately 13 minutes by tram from the central station of Oslo.
