The hotel is ideally situated in the center of the city and within easy access to major tourist attractions and business district in Osaka, being located in the Minami area makes it deal for sightseeing, business and shopping. It is a 5 minutes walking distance either from Nipponbashi Subway Station or Nagahoribashi Subway Station on Sakaisuji-line and also 10 minutes from Shinsaibashi Subway Station on Midosuji-line. From JR Shin-Osaka Train Station, it takes approximately 30 minutes by car and an hour drive by car from Kansai International Airport.

It is one of the good choice to exprience and explore city of Osaka both for business and leisure travelers due to it's convenient location. (11/11 YT)

The "Applause restaurant" is located on ground floor where the daily breakfast is served. It features "good food and reasonable price" courteously served in a clean, friendly, smoke-free atmosphere (only breakfast time).

All rooms are small in size but decorated with modern furnitures. They are all well equipped with facilities such as air-conditioning, a hair dryer, a refrigerator and complimentary high speed internet access. Semi-double room has only one bed in 120cm width. Bathroom is also small in size but kept in good condition.
