The lobby is large with arches and frescos. Common areas include reading and cable/satellite tv room.

Historical building created for the pontifical family Piccolomini at the end of the 16th century. This Palazzo has been completely restored keeping its original splendour
restaurant
Restaurant is traditional with a cosy and warm atmosphere. Wine cellar and bar are also at guest's disposal.
rooms
Rooms are different in size, from medium to large. They are all very refined, with cotto floors and elegant wood furniture. Some rooms offer fantastic views over Orvieto roofs.
location
Right in the heart of the old city, walking distance from the Cathedral. Palazzo Piccolomini is also very close to the modern elevators and escalators that connect the city centre to Piazza Boario at the foot of the hill.
