generalThis is a boutique hotel where cool is comfortable. Many performers and theater lovers frequent this small, upscale hotel. It offers a decor that is relaxing and unpretentious, but luxurious. The hotel offers complimentary wine reception daily for all its guests from 5 pm to 6 pm.
lobbyThe lobby features a 15-foot vaulted ceiling with a commissioned mural depicting the nine Muses, overstuffed sofas and black velvet rolled-arm lounge chairs and a custom patterned, marble-and-granite floor.
exteriorTriple-arched brick and limestone facade which is 19 stories high.
restaurantA creative American menu and extensive wine list are offered at the on-site intimate restaurant that also includes a quiet bar area. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and offers a specially priced, prix fixe, pre-theater menu. Restaurant Row is two blocks west of the hotel. It's the location of many popular theater district restaurants.
