generalThis resort is excellent for leisure as well as business clientele. There are various sport, entertainment and recreation facilities offered on the resort like garden massage, tennis courts, children's playground and aqua sports. The resort also has various conference rooms and a well-equipped business centre. The resort is surrounded with many trees and has a large own beach. (AN Sep08)
lobbyThe lobby is homely and small of size with seating areas. The lobby is furnished with Filipino style wood and with light colours. The lobby entrance is widely open and with plenty of fresh air and natural day light. The lobby is connected with a hallway leading to the hotel's conference rooms.
exteriorThis resort is surrounded by plenty of greenery and sand. There are separate buildings for the rooms and the facilities. Bungalows are available as well. The resort has Filipino-Spanish style architecture with typical straw roofs.
restaurantThere are 3 restaurants and 3 bars on the resort. Allegro Restaurant is the main restaurant which offers al fresco patio dining by the pool or in air-conditioned comfort. Serves daily buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner ala carte or buffet menus. Open 24 hours daily. The Cove is a live seafood restaurant that overlooks the Alegrado Island and the open sea. Open daily for lunch from 10am to 2pm and dinner 6pm to 10pm. Molto Joli is an Italian Cafe that offers fresh salads, pasta, pizza, sandwishes and desserts, as well as cool refreshments. Open daily 10am to 10pm. The Amuma Spa Cafe is serving fresh fruit and salads, light meals and sandwishes. It also has innovative fruit and vegetable-based drinks, milkshakes and flavoured iced teas. Open daily from 6am to 9pm. Oyster Bar at The Cove is an open-air bar located on the beach. Open daily from 10am to 10pm. Pool Bar is a cozy native-style bar beside the main swimming pool. It offers features unique cocktail and refreshment blends. Open 24 hours daily. No cocktails served after 2pm. Recreation Bar is located in Bluewater's Recreation Centre. Enjoy drinks and refreshments while you play round of billiards or table tennis. Open daily from 8am to 10pm.
roomsAmuma Spa Suite are located in the Amuma Spa Wing and close to treatment pavilions with 42.5 sqm in size. All rooms have 2 queen size beds, bathroom are large and in good condition. The rooms are cosy decorated with light brown wood. The bathrooms are spacious and offer al fresco showers and baths with hot and cold running water. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with mini bar, fridge, cable TV and a private balcony.
