The resort comprises various purpose built 2 or storey buildings and maisonettes with terra cotta roofs. 3 swimming pools and sports grounds, set in nice gardens, directly at the seafront of the beautiful Elia beach.

The main restaurant Doxato and taverna Aegeon Gefsis propose a delicious and traditional Mediterranean menu. There are 6 bars with various themes scattered around the complex where light meals, snacks and drinks are offered.

The rooms are medium sized, decorated and furnished with gusto : Wrought iron beds, quality wood furniture and good fabrics, emanate minimalist elegance. They are air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter, and they have a satellite plasma TV and a balcony.
