The hotel is accommodated in a residential apartment building. Despite this being a 1 star property the hotel provides very good services: there are soft drinks and biscuits on offer in the lobby and clients have free unlimited internet access. Please note that reception is open until midnight, clients will need to use provided code to get access to the hotel when reception is closed. ( 01.09/AM )

The reception and lobby are located on the first floor, accessible via the staircase. It is a small but cosy area, which includes also the breakfast area and a desk with Internet access.

There is a very small breakfast area next to the reception desk.

The rooms are of medium size. They are decorated in a blue and yellow provencal colour scheme. All rooms are equipped with a little kitchenette. They are in good condition. The bathrooms are generally small and in good condition.

The hotel is centrally located and just a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais.
