The main feature of this property is its splendid ancient staircase. On every floor there is a large colourful mural. Traditional on the outside this hotel has been renovated and updated to cater for all the necessary requirements for today. (0408/ss)

This is a traditional listed building, it's facade is due for renovation.

The breakfast room is located on the first floor. It is modern and bright painted in white and yellow. There is also a beautiful bar area which opens up to a teak decked terrasse, which is furnished with nice garden furniture.

The rooms vary from small to medium in size. All rooms are decorated in a modern style. Rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.
location
The hotel is located close to the station and within a few minutes walking distance of Nice's main shopping area.
