This is an excellent property with an excellent location. This hotel is cosy and charming with a personalised service. ( 0407/ss )

A few steps lead up to the small, but attractively decorated reception area, laid out with pale blue tiles in a Provencal style.

The building exterior is traditional and painted in rusty red with a small attractive entrance.

The breakfast room is located on the first floor.

The rooms are small to medium-sized and are very tastefully decorated. Rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.
location
The hotel is located in the heart of Nice, in a pedestrian area off Avenue Jean Medecin in the heart of the shopping and restaurant districts. It is just 10 minutes from the sea and old town.
