The lobby is medium sized with some small seating areas.

The hotel complex is situated in a green area with a modern, mainly glass facade.

The restaurant is on the ground floor and is reached from the reception area via a glass roofed tunnel which leads through the hotel's attractive central courtyard garden.
rooms
The rooms are medium sized and attractively furnished with a neutral decor of beige and light brown tones. They are in very good condition as are the bathrooms.
location
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area in the suburb of Schwabing, very close to the English garden and the Olympia Park. This location is ideal as the underground right across from the hotel takes you directly to the city centre. It also has excellent motorway access to other major cities.
