The lobby is medium sized with ample seating. It is decorated in a very modern and unusual way with a lot of polished wood and warm colours giving it a welcoming feel.

It is a modern five storey building.
restaurant
The restaurant is bright and airy due to the large windows. One corner has a conservatory-style glass roof. It is located on the ground floor adjoining the lobby and is decorated in the same fresh modern style. It has a friendly atmosphere.
rooms
The rooms are medium sized and in very good condition as are the bathrooms. They are furnished with on queen size bed and a couch/daybed.
location
The hotel is located in the south of Munich in Neuperlach. It has good motorway connections and good public transport connections to the city centre. The computer company "Siemens" is just round the corner.
