The hotel is located right in the centre of Munich, at the Goetheplatz and only a few metres away from the Metro station Goetheplatz with easy access to all parts of Munich. A stone throw away from Theresienwiese where the famous Octoberfest takes place.

The rooms are medium in size and pleasantly decorated in Italian/ Tuscan style with lots of stone tiles and colourfull wallpainting. The bathrooms also are very stylish and functional with all equippment.

The Tuscan style Breakfast room with its rich and italian like breakfast invites all guests to a long breakfast in Patio style ambiente with a pleasant summergarden when suitable and the sun is shining. Italian Restaurant invites all guests from 7 am until 11pm with typical italien specialities.
