This is one of the few western owned and run hotels in the city and offers excellent value for money and is ideal for first time visitors to Moscow. The owners are regulary in the hotel allowing them to offer hospitality that is uncommon larger hotels. Directions to Hotel - Exit the Sukharevsky metro station to the right you will see a park in front of you, and across the Garden Ring road a beautiful grey palace. Walk along the park and Garden Ring road about 100 meters to the second intersection. - Our building is 16/18 and it faces the Garden Ring Road. - Walk to the farthest end of the building. Our entrance is a doorway next to the french bakery with bread in the window. - on the intercom press 005K and we will let you in. There is no in house restaurant available but there are several nearby.
rooms
Each one of the 12 rooms is furnished slightly differently to western standards, clean and with the feeling of staying in someone's house rather than a corporate anonymous feel. While each guest has the privacy of the their own room, each guest can make use of the shared kitchen and living room to socialise with other guests which in an expensive city like Moscow can mean savings. Please note none of the rooms are ensuite but with one shared toilet and shower only facilities for approximately every two rooms.
location
The hotel is located in the historical area of Chisty Prudi close to the centre of Moscow, two minutes walk from the Suharevskaya Metro and it is possible to walk to Red Square and the Kremlin from the hotel. Located on the Garden Ring, the hotel is also accessible for the airports and the railway station for the train to St Petersburg.
