If you're travelling by taxi or car from Tullamarine Airport the drive will take about 30 or 40 minutes. You can also use FAPAS shuttle service that will drop you off directly at the hotel. Access to the area from Melbourne CBD is easy, many trams are available from Swanston Street / Flinders Street Station take you all the way to St Kilda Beach. A 15 minute taxi ride will also get you to St Kilda Beach from Melbourne CBD.
